The blade is oval in cross section, satin finished, and has a very heavy tanto style point. You can see the quarter I pounded the knife through without any damage or dulling of the point edge. The blade is 1-1/2in. wide, with a weighted point. The Brass hilt is massive and made to protect your hand. The white tail deer crown antler is epoxed and pinned with a mosaic hand made pin to the hidden tang. The blade and hilt are bead blasted to stop any reflection from revealing you. The sheath is also heavy-duty leather of 8-9 oz shoulder, oak tanned, double sown leather. The seam has three layers of leather, so the very sharp blade will not poke through. The belt loop is triple riveted and the whole sheath is glued.
